You will also receive a copy of the completed form to the specified e-mail address. This form must be printed out, and included in the unit shipment to PDS for our reference to match the spindle to the request. If you need an emergency repair, you must call us before you ship your spindle so we can evaluate our repair schedule.
Emergency repair service requires allocation of technicians and resources in advance. Emergency arbor, moulder spindle and spindle repair requests are placed ahead of normal repairs upon receipt. Expedite fees will apply regardless of unforeseen circumstances preventing a scheduled delivery.
Package unit carefully and ship pre-paid to the location nearest you. If your unit is an ATC spindle, send it with the drawbar. Don’t forget to include the copy of the completed Repair Form that was emailed to you.

Repairs are completed on-site by our experts at PDS. Final assembly, balance and run-in are completed in our clean room. Return shipping will be processed through UPS, DHL or GLS, unless, on the repair form otherwise specified. After confirmation of the offer by the customer, we send back the repaired spindle, typically within 3 - 5 business days. Repaired units are from the shipping date is 12 months under warranty.
